What airport should I fly into for the wedding?
Asheville Regional Airport is just 50 miles from Cashiers, North Carolina which is about a 1 hour drive.
Greenville- Spartanburg International Airport is just over 70 miles to Cashiers, NC and a 1.5 hour drive.
Hartsfield- Jackson Atlanta International Airport is just over 170 miles from Cashiers, NC and a 3 hour drive.
When should I RSVP by?
To help us with our planning, we kindly request your RSVP by no later than April 26, 2025. It is essential for us to promptly share the final guest count with the venue to ensure a smooth planning process. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
Are children allowed?
Although we love your little ones, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and respect to our decision to create an atmosphere where our adult guests can fully enjoy the event. We hope you can still join us in celebrating this special day.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is a designated parking area at Chimney Pond Farm. We kindly ask that guests who are not staying on the property refrain from leaving their vehicles overnight, as they will be towed at the owner's expense.
Where do I go after I park?
We will have transportation from parking lot to the ceremony site. Please park in the designated parking lot when you enter the grounds and there will be golf carts prepared to take you to the site!
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony. We hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture all our special moments. However, you are more than welcome to bring our your camera and phones during the reception! Thank you for understanding!
